Ordering & Manufacturing Process for Alef Custom Packaging
- Bag Selection: We’ll help you choose the best type of bag and size for your merchandise. See our Packaging Selection Guide for some basic recommendations.
- Quantity: Determine the appropriate order quantity for your needs.
- Artwork: We can create a fresh & original design for you, work with your existing art or design, or help to improve your designs. Learn about our Art Services or Art Submission Guidelines.
- Deposit: After artwork approval, a 50% deposit is required.
- Production: We operate domestic and overseas facilities. Domestic lead time is typically 3-4 weeks. Overseas lead time is typically 9-12 weeks. Rush service is available at no extra charge, schedule permitting.
- Delivery: We check each order with several of our trusted freight carriers and choose the lowest cost with our 74% discount.
- Final Payment: Terms are 1% 10, net 30, subject to credit approval.
- Re-ordering: Use up all your bags and re-order in one easy phone call! We strongly suggest your place re-orders in advance. Many customers forget to re-order until they are already out of bags. Remember, we can warehouse your order free of charge, until you are ready to have them delivered.
